The Property Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive reporting of properties for a specific portfolio within the Edinburgh Branch. Supporting the Property Manager and Letting Negotiator the Coordinator will predominantly attend properties to carry out Routine Inspections, End of Tenancy Checks and document Inventory.
Some main duties include:
Provide accurate and thorough reporting of Property Inspections
Responsible for notifying tenants of all attendance
Remind tenants of their obligations during their tenancy
Carry out End of Tenancy Inspections and arrange Cleaning Contractors
Support Property Manager & Letting Negotiator with day to day management
Ensure properties remain to high standard and meet current regulations
Arrange and provide Fire Talks to HMO tenants
